Carlos Fabián Novoa León is an experienced professional in the field of mechanical engineering and piping design, currently serving as a Piping Design Specialist and Piping Engineer at T.EN Colombia - Tipiel since March 2020, focusing on 3D piping design, documentation in the Oil & Gas industry, and problem-solving related to design challenges. Previously, Carlos held the role of Piping Draftsman, where responsibilities included 3D modeling of piping and equipment, as well as generating necessary deliverables. Carlos's academic background includes a Mechanical Engineering degree from Universidad Distrital Francisco José de Caldas and a Technologist in Mechanical Engineering, also from the same institution, complemented by experience as a Laboratory Physicist and Laboratory Monitor in academic settings.
