Sanat Misra has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Sanat started their career in 2010 at Infosys, where they worked as a System Engineer and QA Analyst. During this time, they developed Java-based industrial applications and gained experience in software testing. In 2012, they worked as a Werkstudent at EDR Software GmbH, where they focused on C# .NET application development. Sanat then joined Demandware in 2013 as a QA Intern, where they worked on automation projects. In 2014, Sanat joined Tipico as a Quality Assurance Manager and later transitioned into roles as a Product Manager and Lead Product Manager. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Platform Products - CRM, Payments, and Player Transactions at Tipico, where they are responsible for managing and leading the platform product roadmap and a team of product managers.

Sanat Misra completed their Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Gandhi Institute of Engineering and Technology from 2005 to 2009. Sanat then pursued a Master's degree in Software Engineering for Industrial Applications from Fachhochschule Hof from 2012 to 2014.

In addition to their formal education, Sanat Misra has also obtained various certifications. In 2009, they became a Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS) in .NET Framework. Sanat further expanded their knowledge and skills in agile project management by completing several certifications from Lynda.com, including "Agile at Work: Planning with Agile User Stories" in August 2017, "Agile Project Management Foundations" in March 2017, "Agile at Work: Building Your Agile Team" in March 2017, "Agile Product Owner Role" in February 2017, and "Product Management Fundamentals" in January 2017. Sanat also received the certification of Agile Certified Product Manager from AIPMM The Association of International Product Marketing and Management in January 2018. Most recently, in September 2019, they obtained the PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) certification from the Project Management Institute.
