Lucy Gahan has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Lucy began their career as a HR Officer at Le Méridien Hotels & Resorts in 1998 and then worked as a HR/Recruitment Officer for various companies from 2001 to 2006. Lucy gained experience in different industries during this period. From 2006 to 2010, they served as a HR Business Partner at United Biscuits. Lucy then joined dunnhumby as a Senior HR Business Partner from 2010 to 2014. Lucy continued their career at Berwin Leighton Paisner as a HR Manager from 2015 to 2017. In 2017, they became the HR & Training Manager at Kempinski Hotel San Lawrenz and held this position until 2018. Since 2019, Lucy has been working at Tipico as a Senior HR Business Partner and Head of HR Services in Malta.

Lucy Gahan completed their education with a Master of Arts degree in Personnel and Development (IPD) from the University of Westminster. Lucy attended the university from 1999 to 2003. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Linguistics (French and German) from the University of East Anglia, where they studied from 1993 to 1996.
