Farina Fischer is an accomplished HR professional and make-up artist with a diverse background in human resources and permanent make-up services. Currently serving as an HR Business Partner at Tipico since December 2022, Farina previously held the position of HR Manager at Einrichtungshäuser R. Sommerlad GmbH from December 2020 to December 2022. Prior experience includes regional management and sales support roles at Gries Deco Company GmbH from May 2015 to June 2020, as well as a trainee position in regional management. Farina Fischer's academic background includes a Master of Arts in Organizational Development from TU Kaiserslautern and a Bachelor of Arts in Educational Sciences from Goethe University Frankfurt. In addition, Farina runs a permanent make-up business, specializing in microblading and lip pigmentation, since July 2020.
