Neil O'Keefe is an experienced professional with a strong background in Customer Relationship Marketing (CRM) and data-driven marketing. Neil has worked in various roles and companies throughout their career.
Neil started their career in 1993 at Hanover Direct, where they worked as a Manager and was responsible for planning and executing circulation strategies for a catalog called Simply Tops. Neil also implemented a new private label credit card and deferred billing strategy during their time there.
In 1995, Neil joined Spiegel as the VP of Marketing, where they reported directly to the CEO and oversaw a staff of twenty. Neil was responsible for the direct and database marketing efforts supporting the Spiegel and Newport News brands. Neil also managed a circulation and business intelligence marketing team for the Newport News division and successfully integrated core marketing programs onto the Internet platform.
Neil later joined Regal Greetings and Gifts in 1997 as a Director. During their time there, they managed a diverse international team and coordinated merchandise promotions between the catalog and retail. Neil also played a key role in the turnaround process for the company.
In 2008, Neil returned to DMA as the VP of Multichannel Segments. In this role, they were responsible for email and direct mail campaigns to support membership and DMA council events. Neil successfully increased DMA revenue and member retention by improving CRM communication and optimizing new web portals.
From 2011 to 2013, Neil worked at The Home Depot as the Sr. Director of CRM, where they managed a team of associates and agency personnel. Neil focused on growing customer value through various channels such as email, SMS, mobile app notifications, and social media.
Neil joined DMA again in 2014 in multiple roles. Neil served as the Co-Executive of the Data Driven Marketing Institute, where they aimed to educate policymakers and the press on responsible data-driven marketing practices. Neil also held the position of Senior VP of CRM and Member Engagement, overseeing marketing, business insights, and membership sales. Neil played a significant role in driving association revenue.
In 2018, Neil briefly worked as the Senior Vice President of Data Marketing & Analytics (DMA) Division at the Association of National Advertisers before moving on to 1-800-FLOWERS.COM, INC. as their VP of CRM & Loyalty Marketing. At 1-800-FLOWERS.COM, INC., Neil focused on loyalty marketing and CRM strategies.
Most recently, in 2022, Neil joined Tipico - North America as the V.P. of Loyalty and CRM, where they continue to utilize their expertise in loyalty and CRM to drive growth and customer satisfaction.

In addition, Neil has obtained a certification as a DMA Certified Marketing Professional from the DMA in March 2015.
