In 2013, they worked as a Sales Representative for Vector Marketing, where they sold a line of high quality kitchen cutlery called Cutco, and was promoted three times with their short span at the company. In 2014, they worked as a Finance & Accounting Intern for FONA International, where they reduced aged AR by 23%, resulting in over $800,000 of collected funds. In 2015, they worked as a Growth Intern for Get20. In 2016, they worked as a Data Collaboration Specialist and Customer Success Intern for Forecast5 Analytics, where they built lifetime value spreadsheets and visuals of teacher salary schedules for clients across the U.S., used VLOOKUP and other Excel functions to create marketing lists for the sales team, coordinated with Design and Marketing team to update their social network platform for school administrators, and wrote the Press Release for the company's newest product. From 2019 to present, they have been working at Conversica, first as a Technical Account Manager and currently as a Senior Technical Account Manager. Nathan is currently the Head of Customer Success at TipHaus.
Nathan Andrus received a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Finance from the University of Illinois Chicago in 2016. Prior to that, they attended Wheaton Academy from 2009 to 2013 and obtained their high school diploma. Additionally, they have obtained an ITIL Foundation Level certification from AXELOS Global Best Practice in September 2020.
