Heidi Kraaij -de Veld has extensive experience in HRIS service delivery and management, currently serving as the Workday Service and Maintenance Manager at TIP Trailer Services since October 2009. In this role, responsibilities include overseeing HRIS service delivery and maintenance across Europe and Canada and managing payroll services throughout Europe. Previously, Heidi held various positions at GE Equipment Services Europe B.V. from 1997 to 2009, including European HRIS Services, Maintenance and Analytics Manager, HR Systems & Payroll Manager, and HR Specialist. Additionally, Heidi began their career as an Accounts Payable Administrator at Transport International Pool from 1992 to 1996.
