Sveta Osherov Gross has a varied and extensive work experience. Sveta is currently working as a Ux Expert at Tipalti since July 2021. Prior to this, from September 2019 to July 2021, they worked as a UX Consultant, providing guidance and solutions to companies and startups like ZIM, Pelecard, and AmplioSpeech. Before that, they were a User Experience Consultant at UI - Human Factors Ltd. from July 2018 to August 2019, where they developed interface concepts, wireframes, and mockups for complex systems. Sveta also worked as a Market and User Researcher at Play Jam from April 2017 to July 2018, where they conducted market research, defined potential users, and executed usability tests for an application teaching reading to children with learning disabilities. Prior to that, they held managerial roles at the Municipality of Jerusalem, where they were the Manager of Beita - Home of Social Art in the City from July 2015 to July 2016, overseeing the center's activities and managing the budget. Additionally, they were the Initiator and Art Director of the "Animazion" Animation Festivals from February 2015 to April 2016, where they planned, organized, and executed the festivals, handled fundraising and marketing, and led the selection of participating films and curators.

Sveta Osherov Gross attended the Bezalel Academy of Art and Design from 2009 to 2013. Sveta earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree with a focus on the Screen-Based Arts Department in Animation. Later, in 2016 and 2017, they studied at the Netcraft Academy and received a Diploma in User Experience (UX).
