Hen Yael is a seasoned professional with experience in technical support and software engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Technical Support Engineer at Tipalti since July 2020, Hen has previously held positions as a Technical Support Engineer at the same company and as a Software Project Manager at IEO. Prior experience includes functioning as a Software Engineer at Reblaze and a Technical Support Engineer at MasterPos. Hen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems from The Academic College of Tel-Aviv, Yaffo, and has additional educational experience from ORT Colleges.
