Dror Neeman is an experienced professional in business process optimization and operations management, currently serving as the Business Process Optimization Manager at TIPA® Compostable Packaging since April 2019, after previously holding the position of Operations Manager there. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Production Planner at Israel Weapon Industries (IWI) LTD. from April 2016 to March 2019, where responsibilities involved production scheduling and inventory management, as well as collaboration with Purchasing and Engineering. Dror Neeman also worked at Tel-Ad Electronics from September 2011 to April 2016, initially as Logistics Coordinator and later in Warehouse and Logistics, overseeing production scheduling and warehouse operations. Dror Neeman began a career in logistics as Warehouse Manager at Tel-Ad Electronics in 2008. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Industrial Management and a Bachelor's degree in Logistics and Economics, both obtained from Bar-Ilan University.
