Dulsey Perkins is an experienced accounting professional with a strong background in financial management. Currently working as an Accountant at Northeast Nebraska Telephone Company since May 2023, Dulsey has also served as Assistant Controller at Tip Top Tux Inc. since June 2018. Previous roles include Accounting Manager at Mountain Power Hydraulics and Controller for the CBA Division at Nebraska Book Company, where responsibilities included managing accounting teams, developing procedures for accounts payable and receivable, and overseeing financial statement activities. Dulsey began the career with an Associate's degree in Business Accounting from Southeast Community College, obtained between 1991 and 1993.
