Bill Kotcher has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Bill started their career at AmeriGas, where they held various roles including Market Manager and Director in Business & Strategy Development, Process Improvement and Technology, and Supply Chain and Fleet Management. Bill then served as the President and Managing Partner at Deutsch-Hamilton/SCC Holdings, where they provided business services for procurement and supply chain practices. Bill later worked as the Chief Operating Officer at Nudo and Vice President at Superior Supply & Steel. Currently, they are the President at Tioga and also serves on the Board of Directors at Laminators Incorporated and Mackson Nuclear LLC. Additionally, they are an Advisory Board Member at Michigan State University - Eli Broad College of Business and a Board Member at IIAPS (International Institute for Advanced Purchasing and Supply). Bill has also been an Industry Fellow and MBA Adjunct at the University of Houston-Downtown Marilyn Davies College of Business.
Bill Kotcher has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from Michigan State University. Bill also holds a Master of Business Administration degree with a specialization in International Business from Rosemont College. In addition to their degrees, Bill has obtained certifications in the field of negotiations, including the US Copyright: Multi-Disciplinary Negotiations Program from the United States Government in 2001 and the Negotiation Instructor certification from Strategic Cost Management in 1993.
