Michael Kautz has worked in the technology industry since 2001. Michael began their career as a Senior Account Executive at Yahoo!, where they cultivated new accounts within Fortune 500 businesses and managed a four-member inside sales team. In 2004, they joined Cavalier Business Communications as a Senior Account Executive, generating new business within multiple vertical markets in the greater Washington DC area and attaining 108% of quota. In 2006, they moved to PAETEC as a Senior Account Executive, generating sales of a complete suite of services for large, multi-site national accounts. In 2008, they joined Jobfox as a Senior Account Executive, becoming a top 10 Account Executive in company wide revenue for Q3 and Q4 2008 and attaining 120% of quota. In 2009, they became a Solution Strategist at CA, Inc, creating relationships with 28 new logo accounts in the NYC area and mentoring and coaching new Solution Strategist Associates. In 2011, they joined OpTier as a Director of Sales, building an inside sales and lead generation organization from the ground up. In 2014, they became a Regional Sales Manager at RightAnswers, Inc., setting strategic direction and leading account management efforts for sales of a SaaS knowledge management platform to Fortune 500 clients. In 2015, they moved to iCIMS as a Regional Vice President, Sales, overseeing regional business development efforts for a SaaS applicant tracking system platform. In 2019, they joined EverythingBenefits as a National Sales Director, expanding the customer base and growing revenue for a SaaS benefits administration platform. Currently, they are a Senior Enterprise Manager at TINYpulse by Limeade, where they work to increase communication and transparency, improve and measure company culture, and reduce company turnover.
Michael Kautz attended Ocean Township High School and the University of Maryland. Michael also obtained the Vista Value Selling Solution certification from Vista Equity Partners in November 2018.
