Federico Rossi has a strong background in software engineering and has held various roles in different companies. Federico started their career as a Full Stack Engineer at Municipalidad de Rosario, where they were involved in the development of a civic engagement application and performed operational tasks for public employees. Federico utilized Scrum/CI methodologies and was responsible for designing and developing RESTful APIs, building a responsive Single Page Application, implementing Single Sign-On using social networks, integrating map views with user geolocation, and setting up Jenkins automation server for project deployment.
Federico then moved on to Bonzzu Inc. as a Back-End Engineer and later as a Full Stack Engineer for Jemstep Advisor Pro, an integrated digital advice platform. In these roles, they developed solutions across a large software system with multiple integrations to third-party platforms. Federico applied Kanban methodology and leveraged Scala's functional paradigm principles to contribute to the platform's development.
At e.near, Federico worked as a Scala Software Developer, responsible for developing and maintaining financial and insurance products in the finance and technology sector. Federico migrated legacy code from Java to Scala, improved overall codebase performance and maintainability, introduced Scala Cats effects to enhance the server's functional capabilities, and implemented database migrations using Flyway.
Most recently, Federico worked at Talenthouse as a Scala Engineer, where they were an integral member of the software engineering team responsible for developing and maintaining a social network platform. Federico actively participated in all phases of the software development process and ensured the delivery of improvements and new features to the platform's 19 million users.

In April 2020, they completed the "C# Fundamentals" and "C# Generics" courses from Pluralsight. In the same month, Federico also obtained the certification for the "Apache Kafka Series - Learn Apache Kafka v2" course offered by Udemy. In September 2020, they obtained the EF SET English Certificate (C2 Proficient) from EF Standard English Test (EF SET). Lastly, in October 2021, they completed the "Functional Programming with Scala Cats" course from Udemy.
