Mark James began their work experience in 1989 as an STEP Program Under Graduate Trainee at Shell. Mark then joined Sony Visual Products Europe in 1992, where they worked as a Product Engineer until 1996, and later became the Digital Design Manager until 2000. From 2000 to 2004, Mark worked at Sony Europe as a Senior Manager. In 2004, they joined Tinopolis Cymru as a Programme Manager, responsible for internet and digital new media projects. Mark then became the Head of Production (Interactive) at Tinopolis Group in 2007, before assuming the role of Head of Production at Tinopolis Cymru in 2013. Throughout their career, Mark has gained extensive experience in television production, digital media, and project management.
Mark James earned a Master of Laws (LLM) degree in Employment Law from the University of Leicester, where they studied from 2009 to 2012. Prior to that, they completed their undergraduate education at the University of Hertfordshire, graduating in 1992 with a degree in B Eng (Hons) Electrical and Electronic Engineering, with a focus on Telecommunications Engineering.
