Samira Shihab has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Samira co-founded Tinkerlust, a leading platform for preloved designer fashion in Indonesia. Samira also founded Stellar Women, a community for women in business and entrepreneurship. In addition, they worked as a Principal in Value Creation & Portfolio Advisory at AC Ventures. Earlier in their career, they worked as a consultant at Momentum Global Partners and as a lecturer at Binus International University. Samira has also held positions in companies such as LokalSocial, Northern Star Energy Corporation, Jefferson Waterman International, and Penn State University.

Samira Shihab completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Economics at Penn State University from 2004 to 2008. Samira then pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance at Santa Clara University from 2011 to 2013. In addition to their BS in Economics, they also earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in International/Global Studies, as well as a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Psychology, all from Penn State University between 2004 and 2008.
