Nicole Bauer has a diverse work experience, beginning in 2004 as a Front End Assistant/Floater for The Fresh Market. In 2007, they graduated from the University of Central Florida and began working at The Peabody Orlando as a Front Desk/Hostess at Capriccio Grill. In 2011, they became a Member Experience Manager at The Ritz Carlton Destination Club. In 2012, they joined Charles Schwab as a Sr. Relationship Specialist Premier West, Conversion Consultant, and Service Specialist; Advisor Services. In 2017, they became Self Employed as a Student. In 2018, they joined Divine Intelligence Institute as a Social Media/Marketing Consultant. In 2022, they became a Leader at Tinkergarten and a Board Member and Secretary of the Liberty Hill, TX Parks and Recreational Facilities Board, helping to maintain, enhance and develop parks and recreational opportunities in the growing city.

Nicole Bauer attended the University of Central Florida from 2007 to 2010, where they earned a Baschelors of Science in Anthropology with a focus on Hospitality and Health Science.
