Martha Klug has been in the workforce since 2008. Martha began their career as a First Grade Teacher for the Oregon School District. In 2015, they became a Business Development Manager for Property Loss Specialist, LLC. In 2019, they took on the role of Leader for Tinkergarten. In 2020, they became Co-Owner of both X-Golf Middleton and X-Golf Madison.

Martha Klug obtained their Master's Degree from National Louis University between 2010 and 2012. Martha also obtained their Bachelor's Degree from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee between 2003 and 2008.
