Allison I. has extensive experience working in the non-profit sector. Allison started their career as a Program Specialist at Girl Scouts of the Desert Southwest in July 2014. After a year, they moved on to become a Community Troops Specialist at Girl Scouts of Central Texas in April 2015. In this role, they focused on the Gamma Sigma & Girls LEAD programs. Allison I. worked at Girl Scouts of Central Texas until September 2018, when they started their current position as a Leader at Tinkergarten.

Allison I. obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in Wildlife Conservation Science from Texas A&M University-Commerce from 2020 to 2021. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from The University of Texas Permian Basin between 2014 and 2016.
