Harm Weites is an experienced engineering leader currently at Tinka since March 2020, where responsibilities include building data and software delivery pipelines to address technical debt and facilitate the company's transition from a start-up to a scale-up environment. Previous roles include serving as Tech Lead for SRE at wehkamp from November 2014 to February 2020, focusing on the transformation of a growing microservices platform through automation and data-driven decision-making. Harm Weites has also worked as a Developer at Vevida from March 2009 to October 2014, supporting the hosting of approximately 40,000 websites, and as an Engineer at KDISS from February 2006 to November 2008, where the focus was on dedicated server management. Harm Weites holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Technical Computer Science from Hanze University, attained between 2003 and 2007.
