Martin Adelsköld has a diverse work experience in the technology and customer support industries. Martin is currently the Director of Customer Support at Tink, a position they have held since January 2019. Prior to this, they worked at Cinnober Financial Technology in various roles, including Head of Trading System Projects from February 2018 to January 2019, and Head of Support & Operations from September 2011 to January 2018. Martin was also a Technical Account Manager at Cinnober from August 2006 to September 2011. Earlier in their career, Martin worked at OMX Technology AB as an Application Engineer from August 2001 to July 2006, and at Telia ProSoft as a Consultant from August 1999 to July 2001. Additionally, they completed their Master's thesis at Malaco Leaf in 1999. Martin has gained extensive experience in customer support, technical account management, and project management throughout their career.
Martin Adelsköld received their Master's Degree in Information Systems from Lund University, where they studied from 1996 to 1999. Prior to that, they completed their High School education in Economics at Vipeholm from 1991 to 1994.
