Most recently, Paula worked at tink as the Creative Director, where they led a team of nine creatives, providing guidance and feedback to drive individual and team growth. Paula also led a team of designers and creatives, providing mentorship and building a strong in-house team.

Additionally, from 2021 to 2022, they pursued a Master's degree in Creative Direction at LABASAD - Barcelona School of Arts and Design. Furthermore, in 2022 and 2023, Paula Carbonell is planning to complete a Mini MBA in Brand Management from Marketing Week, specifically with Mark Ritson.
