Laurynas Kundrotas has over 15 years of work experience in various roles. From 2005 to 2008, they worked as a Bartender at Hyatt Hotels Corporation. From 2008 to 2010, they served as a Project Manager Assistant at Spinter research, where they conducted market research and analyzed qualitative and quantitative data. From 2010 to 2013, they were the Country Manager for the UK experience gifting company Activitygifts.co.uk. From 2013 to 2014, they worked as the Country Manager for Mexico at ActivityGifts.com.mx, where they managed the entire project and a remote team. Finally, from 2014 to present, they have been Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operating Officer, and Project Manager at Tinggly.com. As CEO, they have been leading the company's short and long-term strategy, building and managing an international team, and reviewing budgeting and financial reports. As COO, they have focused on sustainability, product development with an eco-friendly vision, and leading the web update with a UX and customer service focus. As Project Manager, they have been responsible for e-commerce development through the launch stage, managing products and web content, and project planning and realization with an Agile approach.

Laurynas Kundrotas obtained their Master of International Business from VILNIUS TECH - Vilnius Gediminas Technical University between 2008 and 2010, with a focus on International Marketing. Laurynas also obtained a Bachelor of Business Management from VILNIUS TECH - Vilnius Gediminas Technical University between 2004 and 2008, with a focus on Marketing. In 2006 and 2007, Laurynas Kundrotas participated in an Erasmus program at Universidade do Minho. Laurynas also obtained a Power Bi Course certification from Vilnius CODING School in December 2022.
