Consuelo Padilla Celis is a UX Researcher at TINET S.A since October 2021, focusing on user experience research and collaborating on digital solutions that meet business needs while considering user requirements. Prior to this role, Consuelo served as Coordinator and Assistant for UX/UI courses at Talento Digital para Chile. In earlier positions, Consuelo led the Aurora Social project at Fundación para el Desarrollo Social and held various teaching roles in Language and Communication across different educational institutions. Consuelo's educational background includes a Licentiate in Education from Universidad de Santiago de Chile, complemented by training in Leadership and Soft Skills, as well as UX/UI development and design.
