Chuck Wynings has extensive experience in the engineering and management sectors, currently serving as Vice President at Tindall Corporation since December 1999. In this role, Chuck has also held positions as Vice President and General Manager of the Virginia Division and Engineering Manager for the same division. Prior to Tindall Corporation, Chuck was Engineering Manager at New Enterprise Stone and Lime Company from December 1990 to November 1999 and worked as a Staff Engineer at H. Wilden and Associates from January 1986 to November 1990. Chuck earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Penn State University, attending from 1981 to 1985.
