Fabian Vargas started their work experience as a Lead Web Developer at Unlimited Web Designs from September 2008 to December 2009. Fabian then worked as a Freelance Web Developer at Upwork from January 2010 to May 2012. From June 2012 to January 2017, they worked as a Lead Web Developer at Kosovo-Addis. In February 2016, they returned to Upwork as a Freelance Web Developer until May 2017. Starting in May 2017, Fabian joined Henrico County and held various roles including Application Developer II, Application Developer III, and Application Developer Senior. Fabian'sresponsibilities included supporting and developing web applications using PHP/MySql, .Net, and Xamarin, managing projects and resources, and providing technical support. In April 2020, Fabian joined Timmons Group as a Mobile Application Developer, where they participate in Agile development, creates and maintains native and Xamarin mobile apps, and develops web APIs.

Fabian Vargas attended Universidad Distrital Francisco José de Caldas from 1997 to 2003, where they studied Computer Engineering. In addition to their degree, they have obtained two certifications: AWS Certified Developer - Associate from Amazon Web Services in June 2016, and A+ from CompTIA in January 2006.
