Bryan Cichocki, PE has a diverse range of work experience in the civil engineering and land development field. Bryan started their career as a Design Engineer at VIKA in 2010, where they provided design assistance for various projects. In 2012, they became a Project Engineer, taking on additional responsibilities such as project management and coordination. Bryan was then promoted to Assistant Project Manager in 2015, where they worked closely with clients and consultants to prepare project schedules, pricing, and designs.
In 2016, Bryan was appointed as an Associate at VIKA, showcasing their strong skills in breaking down complex projects while understanding their overall functioning. Bryan continued their role as a Project Manager from 2016 to 2018, demonstrating their ability to lead and manage projects successfully.
From 2019 to 2019, Bryan joined Beca as a Senior Civil Designer, where they provided design, drafting, and project management services for land development projects in New Zealand and Fiji. Bryan'sprimary design roles included grading, utilities, stormwater drainage, and stormwater management.
Currently, Bryan is working as a Project Manager at Timmons Group since 2020.
Bryan Cichocki, PE has a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Civil Engineering from George Mason University, which they obtained between the years 2005 and 2010. Bryan furthered their education by pursuing a Master of Science (MS) degree in Real Estate Development from the George Mason University - School of Business, which they completed from 2014 to 2017.
In addition to their educational background, Bryan Cichocki, PE has obtained certifications to enhance their professional qualifications. Bryan is a Professional Engineer, certified by the Virginia Department of Professional and Occupational Regulation since January 2015. Bryan also holds the LEED AP BD+C certification, acquired from the US Green Building Council in July 2013.
