Matt Oettli has several years of experience in the business and corporate strategy field. Matt started their career at AEA Technology-Hyprotech in 1994 as a Business Manager and stayed with the company until 2002. From 2003 to 2007, they worked as the Director of Sales & Marketing at BSI. In 2008, they joined TimkenSteel as a Senior Manager in Business Development and later took on a role in Corporate Strategy & Marketing in 2020.

Matt Oettli completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) in Chemical Engineering from Brigham Young University, where they studied from 1985 to 1990. Later, they pursued an M.B.A. degree in Business from the University of Calgary and completed it from 2000 to 2002.
