Dominik Engels currently serves as the Head of People & Culture at TIMETOACT GROUP since August 2022 and has been a Dozent at FOM Hochschule für Oekonomie & Management since August 2019. Prior roles include Head of Talent Acquisition & People Relations at q.beyond AG from July 2020 to July 2022, and Leiter Personalmanagement at QSC AG from July 2019 to July 2020. Dominik Engels has also held positions such as Abteilungsleiter Firmenwagenverwaltung & HR Support and HR Business Partner at Galeria Kaufhof GmbH, HR Manager for Distribution Light Gauge Germany/Benelux at Tata Steel in Europe, and Personalreferent at Eisenwerk Brühl GmbH.
