Subhankar Biswas has work experience as an Assistant Quality Engineer at Times Microwave Systems since 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Centum Electronics Ltd. as an Electronic Technician from January 2018 to November 2020. Subhankar also has 3 years of experience in various quality control roles at Centum Electronics Ltd., including assurance, NPI quality, audit, and SMT quality.

Subhankar Biswas completed their Diploma in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering from Kalna Polytechnic between 2014 and 2017. Before that, in 2012, they obtained their 12th degree in Science from the National Institute of Technology Durgapur. In 2010, they completed their 10th degree in Science from Durgapur Regional Engineering College Model School. In addition to their formal education, Subhankar Biswas obtained a certification in IPC/WHMA-A-620 Requirements & Acceptance for Cable & Wire Harness Assemblies from Amphenol Omniconnect India Private Limited in July 2021.
