Previous experience includes serving as Shareholder/Managing Director at Change-Solution GbR from October 2006 to August 2012, focusing on headhunting in the logistics sector. Earlier roles include Managing Director Operations at TNT Logistics from January 2000 to September 2006, and Managing Director at NET, Nachtexpress Termindienst GmbH/TNT Innight from January 1997 to September 2006.
