Stefan Horne is an experienced professional currently serving as the Deputy Head of Diplomatics & High Security at time:matters since May 2018. Previously, Stefan held a logistics role at Safcor Panalpina for a brief period in early 2011 and worked in the hotel and restaurant industry at Schloss Reinhartshausen Kempinski from 2005 to 2008. Stefan holds a Master of Arts in International Business Administration from Fachhochschule Wiesbaden, completed between February 2012 and January 2013, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in the same field from the same institution, earned from March 2008 to January 2012. Additionally, Stefan studied briefly at Universidad de Talca in late 2010 and obtained a high school diploma from Gallatin Senior High School in May 2001.
