Jonathan Mitnick has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries and roles. Jonathan began their career in 1999 at Verizon as a Senior Customer Service Associate. From 2006 to 2011, they worked at E&R Transportation, Inc as a Partner/Driver. Jonathan then served as the President of Transportation of Palm Beach, LLC from 2009 to 2012. In 2012, Jonathan founded Baltimore-Washington Luxury Sedan, LLC and also worked as its President until 2014. From 2016 to 2020, they were the President of Lower Shore Transportation, LLC. Jonathan spent a significant portion of their career at Uber, where they held the position of Senior Driver/Recruiter/Mentor from 2012 to 2021. Jonathan joined Apple in 2021 as a Technical Support Specialist, providing assistance to customers with Apple devices and also handling general customer service calls. In 2022, Jonathan joined TimelyCare as a Technical Support Coordinator.

Jonathan Mitnick attended Beth Tfiloh Dahan Community School from 1990 to 1994, where they completed their high school education. Jonathan then went on to study at Delaware Technical Community College from 2018 to 2022, earning an Associates of Applied Science degree in Information Technology.
