Maxsuel Fernandes Maccari has a long and varied work experience, beginning with an internship in web development at the Universidade Federal de Mato Grosso in 2010. From there, they went on to become a Fellow Member of Tutorial Education Program (PET) - AutoNet at the Instituto Federal de Mato Grosso in 2010. In 2011, they took on an internship as a Web Developer at Totem TI. From 2013 to 2016, they were an ERP Developer at TOTVS, and a Computing Teacher at ICE - Instituto Cuiabano de Educação from 2016 to 2017. From 2017 to 2019, they were a Mid-Level Full Stack Web Developer at Trustvox, and a Mid-Level Full Stack Developer at Reclame Aqui from 2019 to 2020. Currently, they are a Senior Full Stack Developer at Shuttle, developing softwares that connects softwares to many payment providers.

Maxsuel Fernandes Maccari has a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) in Analysis and Development Systems for Internet from Instituto Federal de Educação, Ciência e Tecnologia de Mato Grosso (2009-2012). Maxsuel also has a Technical degree in Computing from Centro Federal de Educação Tecnológica de Mato Grosso (2006-2008). Additionally, Maccari has obtained various certifications from institutions such as The Pragmatic Studio, Origamid, Udemy, EF Standard English Test (EF SET), and Fundação Estudar.
