Matthew Weobley has a diverse range of work experience in the television and production industry. Matthew began their career at ITV in 2010, where they gained work experience in the camera, lighting, and sound departments. Matthew then went on to work as a camera assistant at BAFTA and assisted at the Children's BAFTA Awards. In 2012, they worked as a 3D camera assistant at OBS Madrid, where they learned about 3D television technology.
