Heather Bleau is an experienced educational leader currently serving as the Assistant Principal at Buckeye Elementary School District since 2018, while also acting as a National Trainer for Time to Teach Inc., specializing in Classroom Management and Student Engagement strategies. Previously, Heather held multiple positions within Pendergast Elementary School District 92, including Coordinator for Instructional Coaches, Assistant Principal, Instructional Coach, and Reading Interventionist, focusing on instructional improvement and teacher support. Heather began their career in education as a teacher, working with primary and elementary grades at Gila Bend Elementary School, Liberty Elementary School District, and Pendergast Elementary School District. Heather holds a Master of Education in Educational Leadership and Administration from Northern Arizona University and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Elementary Education from George Fox University.
