Nikki Goodson has over 19 years of professional experience. In 2021, they began working as a Client Success Manager for Time Study. From 2020 to 2021, they were a Customer Service Specialist at wrrk, where they provided excellent email and phone support for clients, mentored new employees and trained existing employees on new processes. From 2014 to 2020, they worked at Gigwalk as a Software Product Manager (Remote) and Tech Support Manager. In this role, they were recognized as a product expert, directed the Tech Support Team, provided Tier 3 support, queried SQL databases, confirmed and filed defects, and more. From 2014 to 2015, they co-founded and served as COO of The Coffee Dispatch, where they negotiated wholesale pricing and sizing with local coffee roasters, built a website, implemented integration of a shopping cart and subscription-model billing, and utilized Facebook Advertising and Google Ads to increase sales. From 2012 to 2014, they were a Wholesale Account Manager for Natural Newborn, and from 2012 to 2013, they were a Vocalist/Keyboards for NowHere. From 2009 to 2012, they were the General Manager for Liberty Tax Service, and from 2002 to 2009, they were a Marketing Analyst for Fred Pryor Seminars.
Nikki Goodson began their education in 1997 at Graceland University, where they studied math, Spanish, and music. Nikki then attended the University of Southern Indiana in 2000, where they studied math. Finally, they attended the University of Missouri-Kansas City from 2002 to 2004, where they studied Spanish. In July 2020, Nikki obtained a certification in COVID-19 Contact Tracing from John Hopkins University.
