Shinta Gunawan has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple years. Shinta started their career in 2004 as a Secretary in Loka Mampang Indah Realty. In 2005, they worked as a Customer Service Representative in Maybank and as an HR Admin (In job Training) in Sucofindo. Shinta then joined SWA Group as a Human Resources Administrator for a brief period in 2006. In the same year, they began working at Bank Mega, initially as a Sekertaris Umum and later as an HR & GA Officer. In 2012, Shinta joined Time International and held various roles including HR & GA Supervisor, HR Officer (Generalist), Organization Development Assistant Manager, and currently holds the position of Organization Development Manager & Employee Engagement Lead. Throughout their career, Shinta has gained experience in HR policies and procedures, talent management, employee engagement, organizational development, HR administration, recruitment, and personnel management.

Shinta Gunawan began their education in 2002 at the Polytechnic University of Indonesia, where they pursued a D3 degree in Business Administration and Management, General. Shinta completed this program in 2005. In 2008, Shinta enrolled at Universitas Mercu Buana and obtained their S1 degree in Human Resources Management and Services in 2011.
