Chris Ramos is currently serving as the General Counsel & Chief of Staff at Laurel since December 2019. Previously, Chris worked as an Attorney at Greenberg Traurig, LLP, Vedder Price, and Paul Hastings. Chris attended USC Gould School of Law where Chris obtained their J.D. degree and also holds a B.A. in Philosophy from UC Irvine. Throughout their career, Chris has specialized in complex litigation, focusing on business disputes and matters related to securities, corporate governance, and breach of fiduciary duty.
