Susan Stewart is an experienced professional currently serving as the Business Application Services Manager and Enterprise Applications Team Lead at timbre Digital since July 2019. Prior to this role, Susan accumulated extensive experience at IAG from August 2001 to July 2019, holding several key positions, including Specialist in DR Modernisation, Availability, Disaster Recovery and Operations Manager, and Availability and Disaster Recovery Manager. Throughout this tenure, Susan demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, crisis management, and operational leadership, contributing to various initiatives such as IT Service Continuity Management and disaster recovery policies. Additional responsibilities included member roles in leadership teams and working groups, as well as judging for the Toa and Ted Awards.
