Sara Carpenter has a diverse range of work experience in the creative and media industry. Sara began their career as an Executive Assistant at Viacom in 2006 and later worked as an Associate Producer in Development. Sara then transitioned to freelance work, contributing to Dwell Media and AXS TV. In 2013, they joined J.Crew as a Senior Copywriter, where they supervised all copy for J. Crew Factory. Sara continued to excel in their copywriting career, working as a Senior Editorial Copywriter at FRONTGATE and later assuming the role of Manager, Creative Copy & Brand Voice. Sara then moved to Amazon Home in 2021, where they served as the Creative Director of Copy. Most recently, they joined TimberTech in 2023 as the Brand Editorial Director. Throughout their career, Sara has displayed a strong focus on creative and brand-driven copywriting.

Sara Carpenter pursued their education from 2000 to 2004, attending the University of Cincinnati. During their time at the university, they successfully completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Electronic Media.
