Tyler Gore has a well-rounded work experience in the banking industry. Tyler started their career at America's Credit Union as a Regional Support Specialist, where they worked from September 2013 to December 2014. Tyler then joined Thurston First Bank as a Client Relations Specialist II for the year 2015. In the same year, they also started working as an Associate Business Relationship Manager at BECU until August 2020. Tyler then moved on to Commencement Bank, where they served as an AVP, Commercial Loan Officer from August 2020 to March 2023. Currently, they hold the position of VP, Commercial Loan Officer at Timberland Bank, starting from March 2023. Overall, Tyler has gained extensive experience and expertise in various roles within the banking industry.

Tyler Gore is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at Western Governors University, with an expected completion in 2022. Prior to this, they earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSA) degree in Business Management from the same institution in 2022. In addition to their formal education, Tyler has obtained various certifications related to lending, risk management, and business finance. These certifications include NAGGL Lender Diploma, SBA Loan Servicing & Liquidation, Basic Credit Analysis, Closing and Funding the SBA Loan, and How to Get SBA to Honor Its Guaranty from NAGGL (National Association of Government Guaranteed Lenders). Tyler has also completed the Commercial Lending Development Program from the Washington Bankers Association and obtained certifications in Understanding the SOP 50 10 and Construction Loan Management from The Risk Management Association. Furthermore, Tyler has completed the Commercial & Industrial Business Finance certification from Core Academy and the Real Estate Lending Academy certification from The Risk Management Association. Lastly, they have obtained two certifications in Risk Management Association.
