Stephen Barlow is an experienced Information Technology professional with a diverse background in leadership and technical support. Currently serving as the Information Technology Support Team Lead at Timaru District Council since November 2021, Barlow previously held positions including General Manager at Desktop Imaging Ltd, SharePoint Technical Consultant at Information Leadership, and IT Manager at Mackenzie District Council. Beginning a career in technical support at the University of Canterbury as a Senior Science Technician in the Physics and Astronomy Department, specifically at the Mt John Observatory, Barlow has built a strong foundation in IT management and technical solutions over more than two decades.
