Ravi Kant Kunwar is a seasoned operations leader with extensive experience in the food and beverage industry. Currently serving as Senior Operations Manager at Tim Hortons - Middle East since May 2019, Ravi is responsible for overseeing the UAE Tim Hortons business, managing over 80 restaurants, driving annual sales exceeding 180 million AED, and leading significant projects including new builds and remodels. Prior roles include Franchise Operations Manager at Dose Cafe, where responsibilities encompassed brand development and franchise management, and Food and Beverage Manager at Del Monte Foods, where Ravi established a restaurant business in the UAE market. Educational qualifications include a B.Sc in Hospitality Administration from the Institute of Hotel Management, and further studies in Entrepreneurship from HarvardX and Creative Thinking from Imperial College London.
