Kiran Kumar Grandhi serves as the Corporate Chairman of GMR Group since August 1998, where responsibilities include overseeing group strategy, finance, procurement, new business initiatives, airport property development, and the sports business. In addition to this role, Kiran holds positions as Chairman of Urban Infrastructure and Chairman of Airports, leading the development of key projects such as the New Delhi and Hyderabad airports. Previously, Kiran was an Executive Director, managing new business initiatives, finance, human resources, and corporate strategy. Kiran's career began as a Management Trainee at GMR Group, Vysya Bank, and Bank Brussels Lambert from April 1996 to July 1998. Kiran holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Badruka College of Commerce and Arts, complemented by earlier education at Vivekananda College and St. John's English School.
