Bruno Vasconcellos

Bruno Vasconcellos has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Bruno started their career at TIM Brasil in 1998 as a Sellout Account Manager, responsible for the Retail and Varejo sales channels. Bruno then moved on to Oi/Telemar, where they held various roles such as Branch Sales Manager in different regions, including Rio de Janeiro, Minas Gerais, and the Centro-Oeste. In these roles, they managed a large team and was instrumental in driving sales and creating operational models. In 2011, Bruno returned to TIM Brasil and took on roles such as Senior Manager Store SP and Retail Headquarter Director, where they were responsible for channel sales strategies and achieving significant sales growth. Bruno then progressed to Director positions, first as the National Director Consumer - Indirect Channels, then as Director Consumer & Small Medium Business for the Sudeste and São Paulo regions. Recently, Bruno served as the Senior Director E-Commerce & Remote Sales Channels - TIM Brasil before assuming their current role as CDO, leading the Vertical Digital and the Aceleração Digital TIM.

Bruno Vasconcellos holds a Certification in Digital Transformation from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, obtained in 2022. Before that, they completed a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Finance, General from Ibmec between 2014 and 2015. Bruno also pursued an Executive MBA in Business Manager from Ibmec from 2009 to 2010. Bruno Vasconcellos earned a Bachelor's degree in Business from Centro Universitário UNA in 2007 and another Bachelor's degree in Business from PUC Minas in 2005. Additionally, they obtained a certification in Transformation Digital: technologies and practical applications from MIT Professional Education in February 2022.
