Stephanie Au Yeung is an experienced Front of House Manager at Tilted Kilt Pub & Eatery, having been promoted from the role of supervisor after starting as a server on the opening team. In the current role, Stephanie oversees the scheduling of various Front of House staff and ensures smooth operations during service.
