Adarsh Kedari has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Adarsh started their professional career as a Project Trainee Engineer at Suzlon Wind Energy A/S in 2011. After that, they worked as a TSE of Industrial Lubricants at ExxonMobil in 2012. In 2013, Adarsh founded and served as the Head of Operations at punesubji.com, a company focused on the delivery of fresh produce. Adarsh then joined Gozo Technologies Private Limited as a Senior Operations Manager, where they led the operations of West India for the intercity cab service leader.

Adarsh gained further experience in operations management as the City Manager at Mobike, where they were responsible for designing processes, improving efficiency, and reducing operational costs. Adarsh also worked on PR activities, B2B sales, and collaborated with government bodies to improve bicycle riding in Pune.

As the Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer of Aker Retail, Adarsh played a crucial role in the company's operations until 2021. Adarsh then joined Ninjacart, where they served as a Senior Procurement Manager. In this role, they managed the company's supply portfolio, optimized sourcing procedures, and onboarded and trained thousands of farmers. Adarsh achieved significant growth in supplies and played a key role in expanding the company's network.

Currently, Adarsh serves as the Operations Lead at Tilt, a company affiliated with Y Combinator. Given their extensive experience in operations and management, Adarsh brings valuable expertise to their current role.

Adarsh Kedari completed a course in Supply Chain Management and Logistics at the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi from 2012-2013. Adarsh then pursued a Master's degree in Agribusiness Economics at the Gokhale Institute of Politics and Economics from 2014-2016. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Vishwakarma Institute of Information Technology from 2008-2012. Adarsh also completed their H.S.C. from Savitribai Phule Pune University in 2007 and their S.S.C. from the same university in 2005-2006. In addition, they obtained a certification in Supply Chain Management and Logistics from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi in October 2012.
