Frans Campher is a seasoned leader with extensive experience in coaching, leadership development, and organizational consultancy. As the Co-Founder and CEO of Integral Leadership Dynamics since January 2013, Frans supports leaders and their teams in achieving remarkable outcomes. As a Visiting Fellow at Imperial College Business School, Frans directs the Leadership in Technology Driven World program, focusing on vertical development and authentic leadership. Additionally, as a Certified Executive and Team Coach with Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Coaching and a Preferred Partner for Tilt, Inc., Frans contributes to the global expansion of leadership programs. Co-owner and President of The Coaching Space Limited, now a Pearson Group subsidiary, Frans has a solid foundation in effective leadership consultancy. Prior roles include Chairman of Zennor plc, where Frans established a unique underwriting facility, and Managing Director at Alexander Forbes, leading a prominent risk management company. Education includes attendance at Wits Business School from 1987 to 1989.
