Jon Charest currently serves as a Quality Assurance Manager at Tilray Brands, Inc., a position held since March 2023. Prior experience includes serving as Lead Brewer at Craft Brew Alliance from December 2015 to March 2023 and roles as Assistant Brewer and Lab Technician at Half Full Brewery from July 2013 to November 2015, where responsibilities included large-scale production and quality control management. Earlier, Jon Charest worked as a Research Assistant at Yale University School of Medicine from June 2010 to July 2013, focusing on radiation and drug screening assays, as well as genetic marker screening for drug imaging trials. Initial employment included a role as Doorman at Richters Tap Room from August 2010 to July 2011. Jon Charest holds a Bachelor of Arts in Molecular, Cellular and Developmental Biology from Yale University, completed in 2010.
